Modern comfort. 80 years in the making.

Originally constructed in 1929, the Montana Building was commissioned by Thomas T. Walker as a Medical Arts facility that was owned and occupied by a cooperative of doctors and dentists. Every effort has been made to preserve the original design of the building, and features such as marble lined walls and terrazzo flooring can still be enjoyed today.

The building is located one block off of Central Avenue, the city’s main thoroughfare, and includes a parking garage for off-street parking—a wonderfully convenient feature that you won’t find in many residential buildings.
